I apparently missed the question earlier about the supply for beveled glass.

I bought a hundred pieces from Glass Plax 800-222-3177. Ask for Teresa 11†x 14†x ¼†with ½†bevel 100 @ $4.20 ea or 200 @ $3.70ea. Freight to Wyoming was pretty expensive as the glass weighs a lot.

The image above was done on one of the pieces. The glass comes from China and has a greenish tint, if that has any bearing on your decision. Maybe domestic plate glass has the same cast? I know it is possible to buy clear glass, but it will be much more expensive.
