Silk Screening a Varnish for matte centers

I remember running across a previous post that mentioned a great product (screening varnish) that could be silk screened for matte center purposes on glass, however, I'm having trouble tracking it down again. Does anyone remember the manufacturers name or product, series name?

Thanks in advance!

Gary, We used Naz Dar's all purpose clear screen ink. It worked fine on the times we used it...and even when mixed with transparent tinting pigment to create glazes. We tried some of the faster drying inks, but some of those dried a little to fast in our screens to suit our needs.

Gary,
You can use nazdar 59-135 Gloss Coating Varnish. Screen, let dry overnight, next day flatten with 0000 steel wool & water gild with 1 drop of ivory washing up liquid per pint of size,
this helps pull the gold down to the varnish & does not cloud the gild. Dave McDonald & I recently did an article on this in Sign Business Magazine.

I had the Sign Business article sitting right next to me! DUHH!
