Metallic filled raised epoxy bubble lettering

I cannot find the U.K. maker of these (metallic
flake in liquid) encapsulated lettering in vinyl or epoxy. These letters are for a piece of equipment I have designed. I have search engine'd for days trying to find the English and any other manufacturer of this type of lettering. If any one out there knows please let me know.
