Telling the story of the first 'Seedling Mile' on the LH - a 10 foot wide band of concrete one mile long and placed in places along the national highway that would encourage other roads to 'connect' to it. The first Seedling Mile was in Malta, IL. This mural was installed on the side of an old church which now houses their historical society.
