No lead on the label????

Post by joe cieslowski »

I have a limited source for both a slow and fast size, probably made last in the early 90's.

It's the Kurz and Partners brand size.

The fast is labeled "Synthetic" and the slow as "Varnish".

I'm testing the fast size now.

My question is, if lead is in it, would it have to be listed on the label?

Thanks,

Anyway.......................

My test with the fast size gives me a nice tack in 2 hrs and lasts for at least a couple more. Better leveling than the 1Shot Fast size.

This is on incised letters and small raised ornaments......patent on the incised and surface on the ornaments.

For my work, that's gonna work out ok.

Joe, Intended to look at a can of mine which is a 12hr version but of course the 'pooter is at home and the can is at work. Am pretty sure anything sold in North America must have the contains lead symbol if it actually does.
