I paused my DVD of the movie Dead Man and traced this sign onto some clear static cling that I adhered to the TV screen. I then scanned it into the computer and created a vector file of it. Danny Baronian routed it out of Truepan Ultralight pressboard on his CNC router. I then sealed, primed and painted it with Sophisticated Finishes Iron Metalic paint. After the paint is dry, you spritz it with their patina solution and by the next day, it looks like rusted plate steel.
