Bruce,
I am very impressed with your piece. I would love to do a version of my own. If the art work is available let me know. If not I will have to be satisfied with staring at yours.
Thanks !

Hi guy's, It wasn't a lower case i. It's probably the antiquing or a reflection blocking the I. Depending on what the art work looks like ,for instance if it's a large new clear mirrored background I try and use a commercially made mirror to start. It not ever going to get any better than that. Then...

I had one of those years ago and I remember the blade was always loose in the holder. Also you could only use it with a whole blade. Here is a photo of what I've been using for years.

Really nice work Jen and all so nice design Sam.Sorry to hear they didn't have your permission. If I were you Sam I'd be starting a dialouge with the company that is using artwork. It may take awhile but it may be worth it. Here one of the most famous cases I remember. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R...

First oil based flat that comes to mind is a Japan paint but the pallet is limited. You could use one shot and add a flatten paste or power which is what I do. Fumed Silica is the powder I use.

Thanks Mike, I was wondering when you show up on this post. It reminded me that those photos you shot years ago of that series of glass sign you produce and how they were well done. Hi Bruce, Glad you liked the post. Here is the last mirror I just finished and man was it hard to get all the detail in and still make it look like it was a mirror. Thanks for the post. I love her videos. I can't remember exactly but I think her name is Alicia. While her tecnique is crude I find it very important information for me. It is basically the same as doing a water slide decal only with out the need for the water sliding part.

I am told almost any paint stripper will work but I use a aerospace epoxy paint stripper that takes the backing paint off in a few mi...
