I just ran into the same thing. I have a small shop but not a retail location. Studio Moulding only requires a Tax ID. So far, the service has been excellent with them and they have some very nice moldings.

I recently was asked to do a job for a nail salon. The owner had a divider but wanted it higher. I added 2 pieces of 1/4" tempered glass. Both 16" x 120" . I etched a border for the full length. The sandblasting was no problem. I have sandblasted several pieces of tempered glass with no problems ...

I have chipped several 1/8" pieces. The last one being 6" x 41". No problems to report. What I watch out for is to not let the glue chip to any edge. In other words, I leave a glow line all the way around the outside edge of the glass. Glass fractures usually start at the edge, that is why I stay ...
